Refund and Return Policy
If you have concern about your delivery or product please contact Peaberrys Gourmet Coffee via our Contact Us page. Peaberrys Coffee is committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with our purchase.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you are not satisfied or unsure of the product you have been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Peaberrys staff will assess the product and contact you to make arrangements for replacement.
Customer Service Policy
Thank you for ordering online at Peaberrys Gourmet Coffee.
Upon dispatch of your order, Peaberrys Gourmet Coffee will forward an email advising you of the date your parcel was dispatched. We dispatch goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason we have a shortage of stock or cannot dispatch within this time frame we will be in contact to let you know.
