Who We Are

PeaBerrys is a fast-growing label which has in just eight years carved a niche in the competitive high-end coffee market. In the Hunter Valley, where the business is based, it is the coffee of choice at some of the region’s most highly regarded establishments.

What We Offer

Our coffees have been recognised with industry awards and our eight blends offer something to suit all tastes, including a Fairtrade coffee and an organic blend certified by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA).

We roast our coffee on our premises and it is important to us that it is served fresh. We will happily make smaller deliveries to your business more frequently so that the product is at its best for your customers.

PeaBerrys coffee doesn’t just carry a use-by date, we also let you know the date the coffee was roasted so you can be absolutely sure it is fresh.

After-Sales Service

More than just a supplier, we see ourselves as a partner in your business with the common aim of increasing your coffee sales and keeping your customers happy with an award-winning product.

We offer back-up support in the form of a 25-point quality control check list, staff training programs, top-line merchandise, after-sales service and financial assistance for buying equipment.

We also invite you to use our expertise for advice on things such as machine selection, equipment location, blend choice and which cups and milk jugs to use.

Our quality control check list is an easy-to-follow guide for your staff management that will ensure coffee quality is optimised by using the proper serving process. The guidelines outline things such as correct coffee portions, liquid levels, pressure readings and the importance of cleanliness and maintenance.

Barista Training

Staff expertise can be further enhanced through our three-level in-house training program, conducted at our New Lambton retail outlet and training facility. And training is cost-neutral for your business thanks to our coffee credit scheme, whereby you receive three kilograms of our premium coffee for every session you book.

Equipment & Merchandise

We believe quality equipment is essential to the production of good coffee, which is why PeaBerrys sells and recommends Wega espresso machines, Mazzer and Compak grinders. Wega machines are renowned for their practicality, reliability and ability to deliver the perfect espresso, shot after shot, while Mazzer and Compak are two of the best brands of commercial grinders.
 
PeaBerrys Coffee can arrange for your new espresso equipment to be rented or leased for the first 12 months through our equipment finance assistance program, allowing you to redirect capital elsewhere during the critical start-up period.

To help advertise the excellent choice you have made by serving PeaBerrys Coffee, we can supply your business with a total merchandise package: branded umbrellas; breeze barriers; ceramic tea cups, bowl cups, demitasse and mugs; takeaway cups; long and short staff aprons; and A-frame blackboards. We also have a range of PeaBerrys Coffee retail products that can be sold through your shop or cafe.
