This intensive course is designed for people who are interested in developing and perfecting their espresso skills.
Theory and practical components are designed to develop a thorough understanding and love of espresso preparation.
Participants will learn the importance of correct extraction involving grinder adjustment, espresso volumes, tamping techniques, troubleshooting and barista efficiency systems.
Working with demonstration through the complete coffee menu, participants will learn the importance of correct milk stretching and texturing techniques essential for latte art applications.

This practical workshop further develops the skills and knowledge acquired in the essential espresso course.
Participants will apply their knowledge in practice as they work through making the full espresso menu.
Focusing on Latte Art techniques participants will learn to professionally adorn each beverage with free poured traditional patterns and an array of fancy hand drawn designs.
Participants must have a reasonable level of skill in regard to espresso extraction and milk stretching and texturing techniques.
Most importantly a creative imagination and a serve of fun are above all essential.

This course is ideal for the enthusiast who wishes to delve deeper into the process that govern the perfect espresso.
This course is designed to give participants a deeper understanding and appreciation of coffee development throughout history, how it has grown, harvested and distributed worldwide.
Participation in a hands on sample roasting workshop will give a unique insight into the stages the green bean takes to unlock its full potential. In conjunction with the sample roasting, a coffee tasting of single origins will educate the palate to different flavour profiles.
In total this course will help the participant better understand the how’s and why certain coffee is are roasted and blended to create balance of flavour and aroma.
